Eric's extensive knowledge of the area and his expertise in the many facets of real estate brokerage are surpassed only by his commitment to his clients. Having lived in Chatham County for over a decade, he understands the market from the local's perspective, but also has a firm grasp on the intricacies of relocating to the area. Whether he's assisting a seller or buyer, one truth holds firm: "The only way to guarantee a client's satisfaction is by going above and beyond what they are expecting." The Andrews Team is dedicated to consistent contact, keeping you up-to-date from day one until after closing. From marketing your property to finding the perfect community for your family, from locating the right investment property to negotiating all the details of your contract, years of experience as a multi-million dollar producer and his familiarity with all aspects of the business make Eric an extremely effective agent for you.
Eric has two areas of expertise – land and Chatham County. If you are thinking about buying or selling land, Eric is available to assist you in any of the 19 counties surrounding the Raleigh/Chapel Hill area. Eric is 1 of only 34 people in the State of North Carolina that has earned the prestigious title of Accredited Land Consultant (the National Association of Realtors highest certification for a land specialist). He is also the 2009 President of North Carolina’s Realtors Land Institute. Eric has successfully closed on several tracts of land containing over 100 acres as well as several tracts that sold for over a million dollars. He leads the area in sales of 10 acres or larger. We would be happy to send detailed credentials upon request.
Community is also very important to Eric. He is a member of the local Rotary Club, the Pittsboro Merchant’s Association and the Chatham County Chamber of Commerce. He is on the United Way Board as well as being a past chairman. Eric has been selected as a commissioner of the courts to help settle local land disputes, and he has been hired as an expert witness for the real estate testimony. He also volunteers as a football coach at the local high school.
