After college, I worked for 17 years in software sales and account management of Fortune 500 companies. I decided to start a real estate career to be able to be more involved with my husband’s general contracting business. The combination of his experience with land and construction combined with my experience with negotiations and marketing makes a great team. I truly enjoy working with people and my previous experience has given me the ability to listen to clients' needs to provide them with the long-term, ongoing commitment needed when buying or selling a home.
Wanting to live in a small town environment with a sense of community, I moved to Chatham County from Los Angeles with her husband and 3 children in 2002. I am very involved with my children's activities and enjoy the many community events Chatham has to offer.
Knowing the importance of education and training, I have obtained my Certified Residential Specialist, which only 2% of Realtors have obtained, e-Pro and Accredited Buyer’s Representative certifications. Second to education is networking. I have been on the Board of the Women’s Council of Realtors® for the past 3 years and was nominated the President for 2010 .
In 2008 and 2007 I was in the Top 10 Producing Agents of 350+ in North and South Carolina a total of 9 times– two times at the #1 spot. I was also awarded First Place at the Regional Sales Convention in an achievement category in 2007. I am consistently a top producer in the Pittsboro office with both number of listings and number of sales.
