Maggie Tunstall joined Realty World Carolina Properties in March of 2008. A Broker with over seven years experience, she has special accreditations as a Seniors Housing Specialist (SRS), as an Accredited Home stager (ASP) and as a real estate peer Mentor.  Maggie has served as a trainer for the Triangle Assn of Realtors®. And currently serves on the board of directors for the Greater Chapel Hill Association of Realtors®

Maggie specializes in working with buyers and sellers in Fearrington Village where she is the leading MLS agent.  As a resident of Fearrington, she volunteers on the Covenants Committee for The Woods neighborhood and manages the Fearrington Home Owners Assn e-mail list serve for urgent messages.
