Sandy joins the Realty World Carolina Properties team with 18 years experience as the principal of a land use consulting firm. She has worked with national home builders, developers, attorneys, surveyors and engineers toward obtaining building approvals for the development of both small and large residential construction projects. She has also worked with several non-profit agencies such as Outreach Center and Homes for the Homeless.

Having worked as marketing coordinator for Bradydale Luxury Homes, she is right at home in the high end residential market as well.

Sandy is a lifelong horse person. She owns and operates Quiet Meadow Farm, a hunter/jumper farm, along with her husband, professional horse trainer Robert Savage.
