I still have the Northeast accent from my youth in Philadelphia. Graduating from Westminster College, Pa. with a degree in Biology, I taught 7-9 grades sciences. I then earned a Masters degree in Teaching Chemistry from Arcadia College in Pa. and taught high school chemistry, genetics and biology. Marriage, moving and family management took me to Cleveland, Ohio where I enjoyed raising our 3 children with my husband Tom. I developed certain valuable skills there, like, time management and duplicate bridge. In 2004, my husband accepted a job transfer to Raleigh , North Carolina.
Shortly after our arrival here, I decided to pursue a new career in Real Estate. I have always loved homes and decorating. I have had my home on Christmas Tours in two different places we have lived, including in The Preserve at Jordan Lake, where we live now. I love being in a rural area , close to the lake, with all the cultural amenities nearby. Raleigh Little Theater and Durham Performing Arts Center (DPAC) provide excellent opportunity to feed my love of theater.. I enjoy participating in playing bridge, mah jongg, Left Right Center, bunco, book club and more.
I am also fortunate enough to have a growing family in the way of lovely grandchildren, with whom I enjoy spending time.
As a Realtor I work individually with my clients to give them exactly what they want :
1. By listening to them, gathering their wants and wishes and helping to prioritizing them
2. By allowing them the time they need to get ready to sell or buy a property without hurry or undo haste.
3. By combining complete service with complete honesty and integrity
Real Estate allows me to help people find a place they can love to live.
